Privacy Policy

Peak 65 is a Hyrox and hybrid training service operated by Peak 65 LLC, a Washington limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect about you, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

We collect a lot of detail about your body and your training, because that is what coaching requires. This policy is written plainly so you can see exactly what that means.

Who we are

Who this service is for

Peak 65 is for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

What we collect

Information you give us when you sign up and train

Information created as you train

Information from your wearable, if you connect one

If you connect a wearable device or service, we receive from it:

We support Whoop and Oura through a direct connection, and we accept data from Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin and Zepp devices where your phone provides it. You can disconnect a wearable at any time, and you can use Peak 65 without connecting one at all.

Information from your device

If you use the race-time gap tool without signing up

If you fill in the gap analysis tool on our website, we collect your name, email, division, finish time, goal time, station splits and the answers you give about your training. This is stored so we can send you the report.

What we do with it

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with data brokers.

Automated analysis

Programs, some coaching notes, and some in-app replies are generated with the help of Anthropic's Claude models. To do that, we send the following to Anthropic:

We do not send your email address or password.

Anthropic processes this to produce your program, analysis or reply and returns it to us. If you are coached one-to-one, a coach reviews your programming before it reaches you. Programming on self-serve plans is published automatically without individual coach review.

Who else we share it with

We use these companies to run Peak 65. Each receives only what it needs.

Supabase — database, login and file storage. Receives everything described in this policy, including your heart rate screenshots.

Vercel — website and app hosting. Every request to our service passes through it, and server logs may include your account identifier.

Anthropic — program generation and heart rate analysis. Receives the list in the section above, including screenshot images.

Whoop and Oura — wearable data. We send only the authorization needed to read your data. We do not send them anything about your training.

Resend — email delivery. Sends the emails we send, including your weekly training summary to your coach, which contains your recovery data and heart rate screenshots.

Apple and Expo — push notifications. Receive your device token, the notification title, and a short preview of the message.

Google — our email inbox, and a spreadsheet holding gap analysis inquiries. Receives application and inquiry details, including the training information you submitted.

Stripe — payment processing. Payments are handled on Stripe's own pages. We never see or store your card number.

We will also disclose information if the law requires it.

Where it's stored and how it's protected

Your information is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the United States. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Your heart rate screenshots are kept in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible by URL. They are visible to you and to your coach, and they are also sent to Anthropic for analysis and included in the weekly training summary emailed to your coach, as described above.

No system is perfectly secure, and we won't claim otherwise.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. We do not currently delete it automatically after a period of time.

If you filled in the gap analysis tool but never created an account, we keep those details until you ask us to delete them.

One thing survives deleting your account. When you accept our waiver, terms and privacy policy, we record that acceptance: your name, your email address, which version you accepted, and the date and time. We keep that record for seven years, and we keep it even if you delete your account.

We do this for one reason — so that we can show you agreed to those terms if it is ever disputed. It is the only information that survives account deletion. Your training data, your programs, your session history, your race history and your heart rate screenshots are all permanently deleted.

Your choices

Delete your account. Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile, your programs, your session history, your race history and your uploaded heart rate screenshots. It cannot be undone. The record of your acceptance of these policies is retained, as described above. Deleting your account does not cancel any coaching payment — contact your coach to stop billing.

Disconnect a wearable. Go to Profile and disconnect Whoop or Oura at any time. We stop receiving new data immediately.

Turn off notifications. In your phone's settings.

Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it. Email peak65app@gmail.com and we will respond.

Ask us to delete gap analysis inquiry data. Email peak65app@gmail.com.

Washington residents

Heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, injuries and related information are treated as consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act. Our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we handle that data and the rights you have over it. It is linked from the bottom of our homepage and every other public page on our website.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email.
